As you step through the low-lying door into Daniel Boone, you are transported back to Colonial times. Located on the second floor of the original cabin which was built in the 1700's, the walls are original wood logs, some of which are 30" wide; no machinery was used in building the cabin.
One wall is covered in magazine pages from the 1930's and 1940's and you can spend hours reading articles and advertisements. The sink base is one solid log, cut into a slab, with a hand pump and tin bucket to wash up in. The tree house bunk beds are one-of-a-kind and perfect for family getaways or gatherings of friends.
