Cumberland Gap, or as locals refer to the town "The Gap" offers you small town atmosphere amidst the beauty of the 25,000 acre national park right out our front door.

Enjoy fantastic hiking right out the front door of the inn. Whether you are a weekend hiker or a pro, you will find a trail that is just right for you.  Hike "the Wilderness trails" where over 300,000 pioneers traveled to reach the west, cut out by Daniel Boone and his men.  See if you can trace your family roots coming through the Gap.

Check out the historic Iron Furnace used to smelt Iron Ore during the civil war or how about the Cumberland Gap Cave?  Complete with the faded names of the Civil war soldiers who used the cave during the war.  Or head up to the Hensley Settlement.

Our little town also offers you boutiques/Antique shops, Dinning, Enjoy the free Bike Museum, Frame/Art Gallery ~ always something great in there, the new LMU Art center.  Events down town every 2nd Saturday of the month.  Take the free walking tour of the town, find the oldest tree...

Come sit on the large deck, shaded by a huge tree and enjoy listening to nature, read a book or plan the next day's adventures.  Alongside the inn is a babbling creek where you can feed the trout and watch the slow but steady movement of the Fitz wheel.

Each guest room at The Olde Mill Inn Bed & Breakfast offers you a bit of history along with offering you all of the amenities you expect at a first class resort.

You are invited to snuggle by the fireplace in your guest room, or enjoy good conversation with other guests in the common areas.

You will sleep so well in a bed that is like sleeping on a cloud, made up in luxury linens.  Each guest room has a PRIVATE bathroom. The king guest rooms now also offer you the opportunity to relax in a jetted tub!
